Ideally, we are looking for a man, late 20's to late 30's, experienced in face-cam monologues and is comfortable with Tech/digital terms. What is the meaning of a casting ?

Casting means first of all a serie of auditions presented in front of a jury. The jury is composed of people such as producer, director and choreographer.
